We are Melanie & Charlotte, two sisters and more than that: partners in crime! Our love for skincare started when we were little. We would stand in awe in front of our mom’s bathroom shelf, mesmerised by all the beautiful jars and tubes, dreaming of one day having our own collection. But when we finally reached the age to start using skincare, the struggle began. Which products actually work? What does my young skin really need? Years later, those same questions came up again, this time from Fleur, the little girl we used to babysit. She inspired us to create Labo Mérilo.

Melanie is a pharmacist and pursued a specialised degree in Cosmetic Sciences, where she learned everything about the science behind skincare. Armed with that knowledge, she dove into the lab and developed Labo Mérilo’s very first products together with a Belgian lab. Her philosophy? Keeping it simple. No unnecessary ingredients or complicated routines, just gentle and effective formulas that give your young skin exactly what it needs.
